Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Round Table Shuffle ("the Service") is run by IT Giant, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms cover rtshuffle.com, m.rtshuffle.com and everything you can do there, including Adventure Mode, the demo and the shops.

2. The Service

Round Table Shuffle is an online card game that is free to play. It includes:

• Multiplayer games, personal rooms, friends and Quick Match
• Adventure Mode, with battles, quests, achievements and rewards
• Shards, an in-game currency you earn by playing
• Cosmetic items, some earned or bought with Shards, and some sold for real money in the Royal shops
• Ads, and optional ads you can watch for extra rewards

3. Your Account

3.1 Who Can Have an Account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms for you, and they are responsible for your use of the Service, including any purchases.
• You may not have an account if we have banned you before.

3.2 Keeping Your Account Safe

• Give us accurate information, and keep your email address up to date so you can reset your password.
• Keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens on it.
• Tell us straight away at support@theitgiant.com if you think someone else has used it.

3.3 Usernames

Your username is shown to other players. It must not be offensive, must not pretend to be our staff or another person, and must not include personal details such as your real full name or phone number. We may change or remove a username that breaks these rules.

4. Rules of Conduct

4.1 What You Must Not Do

• Cheat: use bots, scripts, hacks, modified clients or bugs to gain an advantage. If you find a bug that gives an advantage, please report it to us instead.
• Manipulate results: lose games on purpose, team up with other players against the rules, or use several accounts to boost rankings or rewards.
• Harass others: bully, threaten or abuse players, or use hate speech, including through usernames or emotes.
• Impersonate: pretend to be another player, our staff or IT Giant, LLC.
• Trade accounts: sell, buy, share or transfer accounts or items, or offer to.
• Get around limits: make new accounts to avoid a ban, or claim demo or other rewards more than once.
• Attack the Service: try to get into systems or accounts that are not yours, overload our servers, scrape data, or reverse engineer the game, except where the law allows it.
• Break the law or help anyone else break these rules.

4.2 Reports and Blocks

You can block players and report them to us. We review reports, but we are not able to watch every game and are not responsible for what other players do.

4.3 What Happens If You Break the Rules

Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, remove items or Shards gained by breaking the rules, reset your progress or rankings, or suspend or close your account. If we close your account for breaking these Terms, you will not get a refund for any purchases.

5. Shards, Items and Purchases

5.1 A License, Not Ownership

Shards and items (avatars, borders, card mats, emotes, room decorations, packages and anything else in the game) are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use that content in the Service. You do not own them, they have no cash value, and they cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or moved to another account. Shards cannot be bought with real money.

5.2 Buying Items

• Some items and packages in the Royal shops are sold for real money. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before you pay, and tax is added where it applies.
• Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
• Items sold for real money are cosmetic. They change how things look and do not make you stronger in games.
• The item is added to your account as soon as your payment goes through.

5.3 All Sales Are Final

Because you get your item immediately, all purchases are final and are not refundable, except where we say otherwise in our Refund Policy or where the law requires a refund. Before you pay, you will be asked to confirm that you want the item delivered at once and understand that the sale is final. If you live in the EU or UK, this means you give up your 14-day right of withdrawal once the item is delivered.

5.4 Chargebacks

If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed with your bank, we remove the item it paid for. If you dispute a payment you made yourself, we may also suspend your account while the dispute is open. Please contact us first. We will fix genuine billing problems.

5.5 Changes to Items and Shards

We may change how Shards are earned, the prices of items, what is for sale and when, and how items look, to keep the game balanced and working. We will not take away an item you paid real money for, except as described in sections 4.3 and 5.4, or if we stop the Service (section 12).

6. Ads and Rewards

The Service may show ads. Some rewards are offered for watching an optional ad. We do not control the content of third-party ads. Rewards for ads, daily rewards, demo rewards and events are offered at our discretion and may change or end.

7. Our Content

The game and everything in it, including its rules, artwork, cards, characters, story, music, sound, voice, code and the Round Table Shuffle name and logo, belong to IT Giant, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these Terms. You may not copy, sell, modify or distribute our content, or make other products from it, without our written permission.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and without paying you.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It is part of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service uses other companies, such as Stripe for payments and Google for ads. Their own terms may also apply to you when you use those parts. We are not responsible for third-party websites that the Service links to.

10. Disclaimers and Limits on Our Liability

10.1 The Service Is Provided "As Is"

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, BE FREE OF ERRORS, OR KEEP YOUR DATA FOREVER.

10.2 Limit on Our Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, IT GIANT, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

10.3 Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things we cannot reasonably control, such as outages at our providers, internet failures, attacks on our servers or natural disasters.

11. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these Terms or the law while using the Service, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.

12. Changes and Ending the Service

• Changes to the game: we may change, add or remove features, rules and content at any time.
• Changes to these Terms: we may update these Terms. We will change the date above, and for significant changes we will tell you by email or in the game at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.
• Ending the Service: if we decide to shut down Round Table Shuffle, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the game, and we will stop selling items for real money when we announce it.

13. Closing Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, or by emailing support@theitgiant.com. The account is closed straight away and deleted after 14 days, unless you sign in before then and choose to keep it. Shards and items are lost when it is deleted.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect players or the Service. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to reply.

Sections 5.1, 5.4, 7, 10, 11, 14 and 15 continue to apply after your account is closed.

14. Disputes

14.1 Talk to Us First

Most problems can be solved quickly. Before starting a claim, please email legal@theitgiant.com with your username, the problem and what you are asking for. We will try to resolve it with you within 60 days.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

14.3 Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree to settle it by binding individual arbitration run by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may go to court about the misuse of intellectual property. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@theitgiant.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. This section does not apply where the law where you live does not allow it.

14.4 No Class Actions

To the extent the law allows, disputes will be handled only on an individual basis, and not as a class action, class arbitration or other representative action.

15. General

• These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
• If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a part of these Terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• You may not transfer these Terms or your account to anyone else. We may transfer them to a company that takes over the Service.
• Nothing in these Terms makes you and us partners, employees or agents of each other.

16. Copyright Complaints

If you believe something in the Service infringes your copyright, email legal@theitgiant.com with:

• the copyrighted work, and where the infringing material is in the Service
• your name, address, phone number and email address
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
• your physical or electronic signature
